Some guy on Deviantart asked me what Ai generator I used. He pissed me off. I would rather swallow my own puke before using Ai. These Ai users are so bereft of taste and an eye for real work, they assume AI when they see anything remotely decent.

I mean 3 nipples, two vaginas and two, four or seven fingers are perfectly fine to post for them. Sort of screams "I just discovered Ai and I am now an artist and are too tired to hit the create button a hundred times, hoping the Ai generator doesn’t piss itself".

@ Rastifan, So, any plans to redistribute the ex-Workshop addons on here? They have been very useful for most if not all of us after all.

@ Rastifan, I used to use Ai to generate charachters for ERP with a friend, but we’ve both now decided to never ever use it again, even if its some random one off npc, we’re getting real references from now on

Hello, I need a little help, I want to learn how to convert custom models into NPCs in gmod, I have followed some steps according to the forums, but when compiling the models (along with the correct bone names and the $include etc...anims) the models when reading such animations come out totally deformed and disfigured (very nightmarish) and I have searched among other forums and nothing comes up that tells me what exactly I should do to get it converted correctly, if someone has a tutorial that works and tells me everything (regardless of the model) it would clear up my doubts.

Another method that I have already tried but is not as effective due to the complexity is to change the entire skeleton of the model for another model that does serve as an NPC (but what is the weight and others is a lot of process for a single model xd)

@ moi9, I think youre gonna have to headhunt some users here to get your answer, i know for sure someone released a huge pack of playermodels not too long ago from models ported here

Unfortunately, I had to notice that IFFY’s GMod workshop (= High Poly Guy / Captain Dickhead) with all the great DoA-models (Hitomi etc.) has disappeared, too... :...-(

They got their account hijacked, and when they finally got it back it had been cleared by Steam, due to the devs having issues with their models.

It’s so frustrating to load up a saved scenebuild to see half the props had become errors, and you cant figure out from what pack or content it came from

@ DrSchootz, But you can see. Load up GMOD, click Addons, find the missing one, it’ll be red. Click it around the top middle and it’ll open a page that says file missing. Copy page url, the number in the URL will be the same one you can search in the 4000 folder.

@ DrSchootz The solution mentioned by @d4rthv00rh33s is one way. You can also look in the GMod console: it lists all the missing models after loading a saved scenebuild. Very often, I could find the missing addons either re-uploaded or on other websites. When found, you might have to extract and rename the addon-files to properly replace the missing addon.

I don’t want to be *that* guy, but is there any work being done towards fixing whatever problem is occuring with the login? I always hit "Remember Me", and yet the website seems to log me out every single time, meaning I have to enter my details again and do the captcha every time.
