Quite a few models have a hard time with arms being raised above the neck and often require clever camera work to get around. Some don’t even have shoulder bones/joints. I use the advanced bonemerge to get it just right. or have to change up the scene to accommodate it. Not much you can do about it besides rerigging the model.

https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/ ... 3214439967 This is the tool is a superior bonemerge tool I use for headhack/hairhacking as well as posing and rescaling. Can even reshape parts of a model if you are cheeky enough. (Pectoral bones is a common one for breast enhancement)

@ TheGamerSeal, Ragdoll Mover, then GIMP/Photoshop to smooth it out in post.

@ Neehko, seated poses are a nightmare, I keep trying to do a crossed leg look, some models can, most can’t. Once I get close I accidently lowered the model through the chair haha

@ Redjack, Out of a need to stave off chronic exhaustion, would you happen to have a link to the model you’re trying to pose cross-legged? I’d be willing to take a stab at it and document my process if I succeed.

@ TheGamerSeal, A nightmare but not undoable. You have to stretch the model a bit, doing it in a convincing way is just time consuming. By default though, it is not an easy process. Also depends on the angle you take the shot. I might have some time today

There are pedo people unfortunately. If they are satisfied with AI content then they don’t look for the real thing. That is not a bad thing.

^Some advanced shaders that should have been in Source engine years ago finally getting added- Screen Space Reflections and Ambient Occlusion

There’s still some work to be done with the reflections but when used correctly it should add some nice real-time reflections to surfaces. I just wish it didn’t make characters look like they’re made of glass... but some editing should help sort that out.

I guess you could take 1 screenshot with the SSR and one without, and edit the two together so the background has the effect but not the characters
