Would it be possible to learn the exact size adjustments needed for an outfit by opening up the QC files of a clothing model that fits a character model and the QC file of a clothing model that doesn’t fit? Or, maybe, would that only work if the models have the same bone structure ("ValveBiped_Pelvis" wouldn’t be comparable to "hip")?

@ Redjack, noooo way, I saw her on sb the other day and thought she’d be a great port but figured she’d be too niche... my goat

That’s funny because I saw that same page the other day and was like "That would be cool to see that ported to GMOD but there probably wouldn’t be anyone else interested".

@ TheGamerSeal, I am not entirely sure what you mean, but you need to decompile both models. The one that has the clothes and the model you want to re-fit the clothes to and do so in an 3D-program like Blender or 3DStudio Max

@ Undyingbroccoli, There’s, like, ONE version of the Forsworn armor on DE, and whoever posted it moved the bottom piece to be some kind of weird leg accessory - why is beyond me, but trying to move that piece back to where it’s supposed to be is just the bane of my time in G-Mod.

@ FreeMau, Depends how long since you visited last. Check out the Gmod model release section.
Undyingbroccoli - 11 Nov 2025 06:35
@ TheGamerSeal, yea well, you will need to do as I said. There are some tutorials here that can help you with that.

anybody know a creative map or prop to achieve a gloryhole-type situation?
Rastifan - 11 Nov 2025 09:30
@ Redjack, It’s Viper from Sudden Attack 2 https://www.deviantart.com/rastifan/art ... -750233749

Made a discovery, just like ragdolls being one off from 32 joints, facial flexes cap out at 95 in gmod (which should theretically be 96 for symmetry). the 96th flex shows up but won’t move anything, even if it moves someting in HLMV++ So be careful about what flexes you wanna keep/make when you’re porting your next project. May seem like alot but if you’re doing alotta special body morphs for the model like for vore purposes, thats gonna eat away at making an expressive face real damn quick.

Damn... I would pay to have some of the environments you can find on Fab into Gmod...
giantkrill - 13 Nov 2025 06:14
(Fab is a digital asset marketplace. Basically they sell game assets there like 3D models, environments, etc.)

Take this for example. A beautiful Baroque style cathedral environment- https://youtu.be/ORAth9yZReU?si=sElEyI5Eht0zpZZV

^ I could totally see replacing that center table with a big bed for ’Holy Sexual Rituals’. Real, "Sacred Prostitution", "Hieros gamos", "Eyes Wide Shut" kinda stuff...
giantkrill - 13 Nov 2025 06:27
Here’s another great environment I would want, a Roman bath- https://youtu.be/07NOjrY5X10?si=oUSqz2K0upYHuiTG
Undyingbroccoli - 13 Nov 2025 08:03
@ TheFirstDecade, That depends on the compiler. The SFMCompiler can handle 128 flexes

Late Halloween thing, been working on a Nancy Drew outfit for Mikey’s Fiona if anyone is interested
