any advice or setting to make this texture look right? a lot of alan’s clothes seem to HD for gmod to render proper, anyone else have this issue?

Now’s the time to extract the files with VPKedit. Steamapps/workshop/content/4000 for Garry’s Mod. If you search the addon on the workshop proper in the address bar it will have the ID that will be the same folder.

Might’ve been smart to do this anyway for some things you wanted to keep since sometimes addons just disappear because an uploader decided to just pull it and leave. But it’s way too easy to take it for granted that you’ll always be able to access it.

just use gmad it’s already in garry’smod

is there a better finger poser? the default one is useless and the advanced bone tool is too hard to use. also, if you accidently swap back to the finger tool, it ruins all the careful work you did using advanced bone tool

gmad worked for most things but I remember it not working for one file and I had to instead find another way to extract it. I think it was a gmpublisher one that didn’t extract with it.
