One of my New Year’s resolutions is to be on social media (facebook specifically), and it is HARD.

I’ve limited myself to only 10 minutes of Facebook a day, and it’s only accessible on my PC, took it off my phone. I can already feel myself being less reactive and twitchy

It’s also helping me feel more available and present in reality, not staring at a rectangle of anguish and pain for hours a day.

Now if only I could break this creativity block

@ MxtressV, do you mean *off* social media? If so, it’s an excellent resolution to have! Social media is the cause of so much anxiety, I’m so much happier without it

Social media can be amazing but unfortunately corrupts people way more frequently than it should.

If you noticed DE was down, it was because the hardware dates from 2016 and was getting old, so Nightboy upgraded and moved the server to new hardware. But it should be pretty much the same. Perhaps a bit faster, but DE was always fast.

@ d4rthv00rh33s, Steam removed all of my uploads except one. They said the devs demanded it. What ever the hell that means. They even removed custom made models from me and Nahka. I tried to explain to them. They didn’t care. I am done with workshop. They can go fuck themselves.

Some guy on Deviantart asked me what Ai generator I used. He pissed me off. I would rather swallow my own puke before using Ai. These Ai users are so bereft of taste and an eye for real work, they assume AI when they see anything remotely decent.

I mean 3 nipples, two vaginas and two, four or seven fingers are perfectly fine to post for them. Sort of screams "I just discovered Ai and I am now an artist and are too tired to hit the create button a hundred times, hoping the Ai generator doesn’t piss itself".

@ Rastifan, So, any plans to redistribute the ex-Workshop addons on here? They have been very useful for most if not all of us after all.

@ Rastifan, I used to use Ai to generate charachters for ERP with a friend, but we’ve both now decided to never ever use it again, even if its some random one off npc, we’re getting real references from now on

Hello, I need a little help, I want to learn how to convert custom models into NPCs in gmod, I have followed some steps according to the forums, but when compiling the models (along with the correct bone names and the $include etc...anims) the models when reading such animations come out totally deformed and disfigured (very nightmarish) and I have searched among other forums and nothing comes up that tells me what exactly I should do to get it converted correctly, if someone has a tutorial that works and tells me everything (regardless of the model) it would clear up my doubts.

Another method that I have already tried but is not as effective due to the complexity is to change the entire skeleton of the model for another model that does serve as an NPC (but what is the weight and others is a lot of process for a single model xd)

@ moi9, I think youre gonna have to headhunt some users here to get your answer, i know for sure someone released a huge pack of playermodels not too long ago from models ported here

Unfortunately, I had to notice that IFFY’s GMod workshop (= High Poly Guy / Captain Dickhead) with all the great DoA-models (Hitomi etc.) has disappeared, too... :...-(
